My Story
Hi, I'm Aleisha.
I have been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since graduating in 2011, and ever since I was little I have been drawn to a more natural lifestyle, with an interest in complimentary medicines and healing processes.
I love being active, I love good food, and I have a somewhat secret creative streak; previously dabbling in aromatherapy, candle making, jewellery making, and other arts and crafts.
I have had my own struggles with gut health that have led me to further studies in nutrition and it was not until I had my two beautiful children that I realised how powerfully magical the female body is.
What lights my soul on fire? Empowering individuals, particularly women, to understand, appreciate, and listen to their unique bodies. Supporting them through each season of life, focusing on all of the pillars of health, and finding a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and that resonates with them.
I love talking and learning about the human body and I am so here for all of those uncomfortable conversations that would otherwise seem taboo in modern western society.
So let's dive in to deep, intuitive discussions, and find our 'rounded' way of life!

My Approach
I believe there are key pillars of health that enable us to be the most balanced versions of ourselves. A ‘rounded’ version of ourselves.
My passion lies with women's health, and I like to take a holistic lens when exploring all things life throws our way. A beautiful blend of evidence-based and spiritual concepts.
I look forward to supporting women and families through all seasons of life, with a special focus on the menstrual cycle, hormonal balance, exercise and nutrition.
